The short answer is: it depends.


Amazon has entered into exclusive agreements with certain retailers in order to accept their returns.  If the return only had a QR code we are unable to accept it.  


However, if the return has a regular shipping label we can accept it! 


In most cases, even if you already processed the return and have the QR code, we can help you.  We can walk you through cancelling the QR code return request and resubmitting it with a shipping label.  

In some limited cases Amazon may not offer this option for you or attempt to charge you extra - for those cases we can refer you to the best place to take your return.
